Word has been received here of the sudden death Thursday of Mrs. Lena Thornton of San Diego, Cal. She was a sister of George Baker of Newton and Harry Baker of Colfax.
Funeral services will be in San Diego with burial there. The deceased was born and raised here but moved to California a number of years ago.
