The will of Mrs. Minnie M. Busching has been filed for probate. All of her
property is left to her husband. Frank Busching, who is nominated executor. The
instrument was dated July 14, 1914. The witnesses being C. D. Kelso and Minnie Budd. Mr.
Busching qualified as executor.
By the terms of the will of Joseph Zipp, dated April 9, 1913, and witnessed by Mrs. Clara Hook and John B. James, which was admitted to probate in the office of County Clerk Johnson, the entire estate is bequeathed to his wife, Mrs. Anna Zipp, who is nominated executrix.
