I James ANGEL of
Elvira Post Office Laurel County and State of Kentucky being of sound mind
and memory do make publish and declare, this to be my last will and testament,
to-wit:
First All my Just debts and Burial Expenses shall be first duly paid Second I give devise and bequeath all the Rest Residue and Remainder to my seven children two sons and Five Daughters, who's names follows. Anna ANGEL, Andrew Jackson ANGEL, Josephine BOWLING, Nancy Jane ESTRIDGE, Hellen ANGEL, Green Berry ANGEL, Elvira HIBBARD. Third to Elvira HIBBARD in addition to her part of my Estate already Received before the making of this will one peice or parcel of land Lying on the Meeting house Branch of terrells Creek in Laurel County Kentucky adjoining her farm and farms of A. T. BOWLING, and Patrick MAYS, one field and woodland to top Ridge where fence now stands, containing twenty five acres more or less. Also two hundred dollars. Fourth to Josephine BOWLING and Nancy Jane ESTRIDGE, in addition to their part of my Estate already received before the making of this will ($200.00) two hundred dollars each. Fifth To Anna ANGEL, Andrew Jackson ANGEL Hellen ANGEL, and Green Berry ANGEL all the Remainder of my personal property of Every Description. Sixth To Anna ANGEL, Andrew Jackson ANGEL, and Hellen ANGEL, one farm on the Walnut meadow fork of Point Lick Creek, in Madison Co. KY, Knox as the Fiz Patrick farm containing about 230 acres, for their support through life, they being feeble minded and totaly unable to care for them selfs, to be used with as much Economy as possible for their proper maintanance. Seventh I, nominate and appoint G. B. ANGEL my son as Executor of this my Last will and testament with out Bond that he shall also keep and care for the three above named feble minded, and for his care and services to them their part of my Estate at their deth shall belong to him or his heirs or as much there of as may remain at their death, that is one third shall Belong to him at Each one of their death.
