1st. I will to Levi JACKSON in trust for the Sole and Sepaerate use of my Daughter Nancy OHLER wife of Jonathan OHLER and to Such uses as She may appoint in exclusion of her husband or any husband She may have hereafter a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Laurel and on the waters of little Laurel and bounded as follows, commencing at Levi JACKSONS line on the State Road about half way betwixt where Jonathan OHLER and John DENSON now live running with Said line a west course So far as by running a paralel line South with the State Road until they Strike my line dividing the land betwixt myself and Levi JACKSON thence with Said line to the State Road thence with the State Road to the beginning So as to exclude the premises where Jonathan OHLER now resides and making sixty acres when Surveyed. 

2nd. I give to Martha OHLER daughter of my daughter Nancy _______ which is now in possession of Jonathan OHLER. 

3rd. I give and bequeath to Levi JACKSON for the Sole and Seperate use of my daughter Nancy OHLER a mortage from Jonathan OHLER to me which is now recorded in the clerks office of the Laurel County Court in exclusion of her husband Jonathan OLHER. 

4th. I will to Levi JACKSON in trust for the Sole and Seperate use of my daughter Rebecca JACKSON and to Such uses as She may appoint my intrest in the following Slave and their increase to Wit:  Caroline, Mary, Haner, Martha, Nancy, Tho-pilus and Harvy.? 

5th. I give to my daughter Fanny SCOFIELD one hundered dollars. 

6th.  I give to my daughter Rebecca JACKSON one hundred dollars. 

7th.  I give to my grandson James FREEMAN son of John FREEMAN twenty five dollars to be expended by Levi JACKSON in educating him. 

8th.  I will to Levi JACKSON one hundred acres of land adjoining to the land before given to Nancy OHLER being the remaining portion of my tract of land for him to Sell and apply the money to the payment of the above Sums of money bequeathed by me and if there is any moore than will pay the Sum, then for one half of the Same to be laid out by him for the Sole and seperate use and benefit of my daughter Nancy OHLER and the remaining half of the money to be given to my daughter Rebecca JACKSON but if I have money enough to pay off the above Sums bequeathed by me, Still I wish the land Sold as above Stated and the purchase money divided as above betwixt my two daughters the portion given to Nancy OHLER to be kept by Levi JACKSON and expended by him for her use and benefit and the other half given to my daughter Rebecca JACKSON, and the Said Levi JACKSON is authorised to Sell the aforesaid land in any way he may think for the Best interest of my daughters. 

9th.  I give to my grand daughter July Ann FREEMAN daughter of my Son John FREEMAN on bed beadstead and furniture one chest and twenty dollars in cash. 

10th.  I give to my grand daughter Elizabeth FREEMAN daugher of my son John FREEMAN ten dollars cash. 

10th.  I having failed to make any provision about my debts and funeral expenses it is my will that they in the first place Should be paid.  And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my Son in law Levi JACKSON executor of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all other or former Wills or testaments by me heretofore made.  In witness I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal this 12th day of December 1848.
