Will of Aaron Hall, Jr.
Know All Men By These Presents:
That I, Aaron Hall, Jr. of Proctor, Lee county, Kentucky being of sound mind and memory do hereby publish declare and constitute this my last will and testament. 1. It is my last will that at my death all my property, real, personal and mixed, of whatever descriptin shall go to my beloved wife Logenia HALL, to be hers with the power to retn, sell, use or to do with as she pleases, provided that at her death if any of said property remains undisposed of by her, such property shall descend equally to my children if living, and if any of said children shall not be living at my wifes death, it is my will that said deceased childs portion if any shall go to their legal heirs. 2. It is further my will that if my said wife Logenia HALL, should die before me, then it is my wish and desire that at my death all of my said property shall go to my children equally. hereby certify that the foregoing writing was acknowledged and signed by
Aaron HALL Jr. in our presence to be his last will and Testament, and that
we witnessed his signature in his presence and in the presence of each
other.
