Will of Emily J. (Cole) THACKER
I Emily J. THACKER being of sound mind but growing old
and desiring that my estate after my death be equitably distribruted do
make this my last will and testiment hereby revoking all others.
To wit:
My oldest daughter Belle COX wife of Crit F. COX, has
already recieved from my estate all that will be justly due her and I desire
that she have nothing more from my estate after my death.
To my Daughter Nannie D. SMYTH I will and bequeath all
my personal property of whatever nature and kind for her sole use and benefit
I am now living with and she is taking care of me and is to do so during
my natural life and furnish me with such things as are necessary for my
comfort and to supply all necessary things for my funeral and pay for same
out of my estate.
I desire no executor be appointed but that my daughter
Nannie D. SMYTH at my death take possession of all my as her own.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto signed my name this
10 day of August 1914

I, R. C. PORTER Clerk of the County Court in and for
the State and County aforesaid certify that the foregoing instrument of
writing was on this day lodged in my office for record. Certified
as above and the same and foregoing and this my certificate have been duly
recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1 Page 150.
