My Last Will:
Lexington, KY
Aug. 24 1893

I F. A. LYON Sr. do hereby give to my wife T. V. LYON all the property I may possess at the time of my death after my just debts are paid, for her sole use and benefit.  She shall have the Legal right to dispose of any or all of The property thus left, and use the proceeds as same as she may disire, and if she should have any portion of it left at the time of her death she may make such disposition of it as she may think best.
This will is in my own hand writing and therefore required no witness.

I W. C. LUTES Clerk of the Lee County Court do hereby certify that the above and foregoing insturment of writing purporting to be the last will & Testament of F. A. LYON Sr. Deceased, was on the 23 day April 1900, produced in open court at its regular April term, and offered for probate, and filed and proven by the oath of F. A. LYON, Jr. and the same was ordered to be admitted to record.  Whereupon the foregoing will, and this my certificate have this day been duly recorded in my said office.
Given under my hand this 25 day of April 1900.
