Will of H. D. Preston
Know All Men By These Presents:
That I, H. D. PRESTON, of Beattyville, Lee Co. Ky, being of sound mind and memory make this my last Will and Testament: I. I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. 2. I hereby will and bequeath to my beloved wife, Elizabeth L. PRESTON, all my property real, personal, and mixed, except as provided in the next item. I will to each of my brothers
and sisters namely,
4. I hereby nominate and appoint D. C. HOWELL of Beattyville, Lee Co. Ky, as my excutor, and request that he be allowed to qualigy without bond. In testimony of which witness my hand and signature this 24 day of June 1931 H. D. PRESTON Witnesses
