Last Will and Testament of
Hobart SHERROW
I, Hobart SHERROW, of Beattyville, Kentucky, Being of full age and of sound mind and memory do this day Executte make, publish and declare This to be my last Will and Testament and being The only one ever made by me. 1. I direct that after all my just and legal Debts made and promised and to which I have knowingly and willingly obligated my self to pay and after sam is proven accorring to the Statues of Kentucky in the settlement of decedent's estates and as sooon as practicable after my demise, and my funeral Expenses are to be paid out of my Estate. 2. I give and bequeath to my good, faithfull and beloved wife, Ima DAY SHERROW, all the residue of my Estate real, personal and mixed of every kind and description, visual and contingent, Wheresoever situate Which I May own or have the right to dispose at the time of my demise, to pass and vest her, Ima DAY SHERROW, absolutely and in fee simple, to use dispose of and convey to whomsoever and for whatever She may deem best and most expedient for her own purposes and benefits, I have Executed and set my hadn at Beattyville, Kentucky, all of my own free will and accord and without suggestion, solicitation, coersion or the influence of any person or persons, and that Same is of my own free and voluntary action, this January 28th, 1938. Hobart SHERROW Signed by Hobart SHERROW, and by him acknowledged, to be his last Will, and Testament, in our presence sight and Hearing, Who have at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witness in his presence, and in the presence of each other, at Beattyville, Kentucky, this January 28th, 1938 D.
