I hereby bequeath to Sarah LEWIS all of my  property of which I may die seied of at my death including all my real estate, personal and mixed property of every kind and description, to her use and benifit, and to be used by her in such manner as she may see proper.

It is my will and desire that the said Sarah LEWIS be appointed Executrix of my Estate, and I request that she be permitted to act as such without bond.
