I, Israel WELLS being aware of the uncertainty of Life, do make this my last will and testament.

1st  I constitute and appoint my wife Fanny WELLS as my Executrix and clothe her with all Power in reference to my Estate, that I myself possess, to execute and carry out the agreement between myself and HAGGIN's heirs and S. F. J. TRABUE, according to the terms of our written agreement, each of us having a copy thereof.  I request that the county Court Shall not require bond of her upon qualifying as my Executrix, that She may in no wise be hindered or impeded in the execution of this Will, and in the winding up of my Estate according to her bext Judgement.
This 4th day of March 1889

An Instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Israel WELLS, deceased, was this day produced in Court and proved by the oaths of E. R. W. COX and B. Frank CHARLES, the Subscribing witnesses thereto:  Whereupon it is ordered that the Said Instrument of writing be, and the same is allowed and established as the last will and testament of said Israel WELLS, deceased, and as such duly admitted to record.

HILL, Clerk of the Lee County Court hereby certify that the foregoing instrument of writing and the copy of the order of Court allowing Same as the last will and testament of Israel WELLS, deceased, and this cerificate have been this day duly recorded in my office in accordance with said order of Probate, Given under my hand this 16th day of July 1889
