Will of Jane Jameson
Know All Men by these Presence:
That I hereby make my last
Will & testament for the purpose that I may dispose of my moneys while
I am well and sound in mind. After all my expenses & Burial expenses
have been paid and any expenses incurred by care of me while sick, then
the balance I hereby dispose as follows:
Tom GARISH & Bill GARISH (my children) last known were in State Washington or Oregon the moneys to be held as long as 3 years after my death and advertising has be done for them. In case these boys are ded And cannot be located in the time named above there the moneys that I have left is to go to Eirs of Mariam LUCAS who was sister of my husband (Midleton JAMESON)

the Lee County Court, certify that the foregoing Will & Testament of
Jane JAMESON deceased, was filed in the office of the County Court Clerk
on the 12th day of March 1923 and ordered to lay over thirty days for exceptions,
and nove having been taken same was ordered to record on the Regular 9th
day of April 1923 Term of the Lee County Court which is now done accordingly
in Will Book No. 1, Page 187.
