I Joe BENNETT, of St. Helens, County of Lee, State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, to-wit: First: - All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first duly paid. Second: - I bequeath to my two daughter, Louise BENNETT and Ethel GUM one dollard each. Third: - I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to my two beloved daughters, Mary BENNETT and Amanda BENNETT, share and share alike, to have and to hold to their, my said daughters and to their heirs and assigns forever. I nominate and appoint my two daughters Amanda BENNETT and Mary BENNETT to be executors of this my last will and testament. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the first day of April, 1925. Joe BENNETT Signed, sealed, published and declared as and for his last will and testament by the above named testator, in our presence, who have at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other signed our names as witnesses thereto.
