Item I.  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate As soon As practical after my death.

Item 2.  I give and bequeath to my three youngest Children, Leslie COUCH, Callie COUCH MASON and Tamry COUCH HALL, the home place where I now live on the waters of Big Sinking Creek in Lee County, Kentucky, Containing fifty acres more or less.

Item 3.  I give and bequeath to my Oldes daughter Lou Ellen ESTEP #200.00 Two Hundred dollars, in Cash.

Item 4.  I give and bequeath to my son, Leslie COUCH Two Hundred $200.00 Dollars, in Cash.

Item 5.  I give and bequeath all the balance of my estate, real, personal and mixed to my daughter Tamry COUCH HALL.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk of the Lee County Court, do hereby certify that the foregoing Last Will and Testament of John COUCH, deceased, was on this day the 7th day of July 1939 produced and filed in open Court and proven by  the testimonies of the two subscribing witnesses thereto, And same was established to be the Last Will and Testament of John COUCH, deceased whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my Certificate have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 410..
