First.  It is my desire and I hereby direct that my Exectutor hereinafter names, pay off and discharge all of my just debts as soon after my decease as may be practicable.

Second.  All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every kind and descripton real, personal and mixed howeverso and whersoever the same may be situated, now ownedor that which may thereafter be acquired by me, I give, devise, and bequeath unto Mr. James Claude PORTER absolutely and in fee simple.

Lastly.  I hereby nominate, Constitute and apoint Mr. Charles BEACH Sr. Executor of this my last will and testament to serve without bond or surety.
