I, J. K. HOBBS of Lee County State of Kentucky being of Sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament to wit  First all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first duly paid then I will to my Industrious wife Lou A. HOBBS my daughter Callie BOWEN, my daughter Tempa MORGAN, my daughter Emily J. BOWEN my daughter Cora Anne HOBBS to be eqaly [sic] divided my real estate and personal property to their heirs and assigns forever  I nominate my suming [sic] law Russell BOWEN and Taulbee BOWEN to be the executors of this my last Will and testament hearby revoking all former wills by me made.
