Sept. 16, 1937 I, J. K. ROBERTS, being of sound mind and memory and knowing the value and extent of my property, do hereby make and publish my last will and testament, hereby revoking All wills heretofore made by me. 1. After the payment of
my just debts And funeral expenses and the cost of a small monument to
be placed at the head of my grave, and that of my
beloved wife, who has gone before, I will And bequeath to the following
named persons All of my property both real and personal and whereever Situate,
to share and Share Alike.

When I die, I want my body taken to Maysville, Ky. and buried by the side of my wife, Lula B. ROBERTS. 3. I hereby Appoint my friend C. BEACH my executor, without bond. Given under my hand, this the
