Will of James M. Curry

I James M. CURRY of Lee Kentucky being aware of the uncertainty of Life and in failing health, but of sound mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last will and testament.
First:  After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife Luvina Jane CURRY all my household goods, furniture, personal property and real estate.
Second:  I nominate and appoint as my Executrix of this my last will and testament my beloved wife Luvina Jane CURRY and that she act as such without giving bond, and hereby revoking all other former wills.
Witness my hand this 3rd day of February 1902.

I W. C. LUTES Clerk of the Lee County Court do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of James M. CURRY was on the 27th day of July 1903, produced in open court it being the regular July term 1903 of the Lee County Court and offered for probate and filed and proven by the oath of J. B. SMYTH and John M. LANE the subscribing witnesses thereto and the same was admitted to record.
Whereupon the same and this my certificate have been this day duly recorded in my office.
Given under my hand this 27th day of July 1903
