Will of Jennie P. Davis
I, Jennie P. DAVIS, a resident
of Beattyville, Lee County, Kentucky, being of sound and disposing memory
do make declare and publish this as my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking
all other wills by me heretofore made.
I bequeath to my daughter, Annie E. BREED, all of real, personal and mixed property, wherever located, I may have or possess at the time of my death, to be her exclusive property without reservation, and without interference from any and all sources. And having impicit confidence in my said daughter, Annie E. BREED, and believing that she will take due and proper care of all of said property, I hereby appoint her executrix of this my last will and testament, and ask that she be permitted to act as such without bond. I further direct that my funeral expences and all just debts be paid out of the estate. It is further my will that there shall be no inventory or appraisement of my estate, and it is my desire that my daughter take possession of all of said property as soon as she is qualified as Executrix of my said estate.
