Will of Joseph Rogers
In the name of God Amen.
I Joseph ROGERS being old and knowing the certanty of death and being sound in mind and of disposing memory do make and publish this my last Will. 1st. I desire all my just debts be paid 2nd. I desire that at my death that I receive a decent burrial 3rd. After the payment of all my just debts I bequeath to my beloved wife Susan ROGERS all my personal property of every kind consisting of houses, cattle, household goods money and notes & closes in Actioin. 4th. I desire to my beloved wife Susan ROGERS all my lands where I now live in Lee County Kentucky for her use and benefit and to be disposed of by her in any way she may wish either by deed or will. 5th. I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife Susan ROGERS my Executrix who will act as such Executrix without executing bond. Given under my hand, and seal this 4th day of August 1892
