I, Lula B. ROBERTS being of sound mind and memory and knowing the extent and value of my property do make and publish this my last will and testament.

Where as my husband J. K. ROBERTS has willed and bequeath to me all his property of every kind and description Now therefore I hereby will and bequeath to my said husband all my property of ever kind and description and wherever situated to be his with power to dispose same and I hereby appoint my said husband my executor without bond.

This my last will and testament is in my own hand writing and therefore needs no witness.

I, Elizabeth MATTOCKS, Clerk Lee County Court do hereby certify that the foregoing Will of Lula B. ROBERTS, was on 9st day of April, 1934, at a regular term of the Lee County Court filed in open court and the same proven by the Court to be the last will and testament of Lula B. ROBERTS, deceased, and ordered to  record and thereupon the same has been recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 302..
