Will of Mirium B. McIntire
Know All Men By These Presents:
That I, Mirium B. MCINTIRE,
of Evelyn, Lee County, Kentucky, being of sound mind and disposing memory
but realizing the uncertainty of life, do make and establish this my Last
Will and Testament.
First: It is my desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid, and that a suitable tombstone not exceeding in value $150.00 shall be erected over my grave after my death.
Second: I devise and bequeath to my grand children, Ernest GOE, Gladys GOE, Evelyn GOE, and Jessie GOE, all the residue of my property both real and personal, of which I may die seized and possessed, including choses in action.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto signed my name this the 10th day of December 1924, in the presence of G. W. PENDERGRASS and C. Z. SHEARER, who sign same as witnesses at my request and in the presence of each other.

We, G. W. PENDERGRASS, of Beattyville,
Lee County, Kentucky, and C. Z. SHEARER, of Beattyville, Lee County, Kentucky,
Certify that the above Last Will and Testament of Mirium B. MCINTIRE was
signed by the said testatrix in our presence and that same was read to
her before she signed same, and that we have this day signed our names
as witnesses to same at her request and in her presence and in the presence
of each other, and she thereupon declared to us that she signed and executed
said Last Will and Testament of her own free will and accord, and that
same is her free and voluntary act and deed.

I, W. O. BRADLEY, Clerk of
the Lee County Court, certify that the foregoing instrument of writing
purporting to be The Last Will and Testament of Mirium B. MCINTIRE, deceased,
was on the 14th day of December, it being the first day of the Regular
December Term of the Lee County Court, produced in open Court and offered
for probate and same was proven in open Court by the oaths of G. W. PENDERGRASS
and C. Z. SHEARER, the two subscribing witnesses thereto, and ordered by
the Court to be probated as the Last Will and Testament of Mirium B. MCINTIRE,
deceased, and ordered certified to the Clerk of the Lee County Court, for
record as such. Whereupon the same and this my certificate have been
duly recorded in my office in Will Book No. 1, pages 201 and 202.
