I, Mary Jane NEWNAM of St. Helens, Lee county, Kentucky, being of full age and of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. 1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after my demise. 2. I give and bequeath to my brother, Sam P. STEELE, all of the residue of my estate, that is the real estate personal and mixed of very kind and descripton, visual and contingent, wheresoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease, to pass and vest in the devisee herein absolutely and in fee simple. I have executed and set my hand at St. Helens, Kentucky, all of my own free will and accord and without coercion or the influence of others, and same is my free and voluntary act this 18th day of November, 1943.
