The last will and testament
of Orlando H. DAVIS, of Primrose, Ky.
I, Orlando H. DAVIS of Primrose post office this day make and publish, this my last will and testament, realizing that life is short and death is sure, hereby revoking all other wills made by me heretofore made. Firts. [sic] It is my will that all my just debts be paid by my beloved wife Dema DAVIS whome I appoint as my executrix whome may qualify without executing bond. Second. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Dema DAVIS, all my personal property f ever kind. Third. I devise all my real estate (lands) to my beloved wife to have and to hold during her natural life. my executor is hereby authorized and empowered to sell any or all of my said land and by deed, convey any of said lands, That if any of said lands remain after the death of my wife, I devise the remainder of said lands to my children, to be equally divided between them on testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal to the foregoing with, in the presents of Monroe MCGUIRE, and E. S. WILLIAMS witnesses, whome I have asked to witness this my signature, which is made in the presents of said Monroe MCGUIRE and E. S. WILLIAMS in my presents and they each signing as witnesses in my presence. This April 6th 1928 O. H. DAVIS Witness
