Last Will And Testament of
Ollie May JOHNSON MURPHY
In the name of God, Amen:
I, Ollie May JOHNSON MURPHY,
being of sound mind and disposing memory and realizing the uncertainty
of this life, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and
testament in manner and form as follows, to wit:
Item One: I desire All
my just debts and funeral expenses paid.
Item two: After the payment
of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give, devise and bequeath to the
Security Trust Company of Lexington, Kentucky All my property of every
kind and Character, real, personal and mixed, whereso ever situate in trust
as follows:
(a) I give to said trustee,
Security Trust Companty, full right, power, and Authority to sell and convey
any real estate I may own at my death and invest, re-invest and keep invested
the proceeds? thereof As it deems to be to the best interests of my estate
and beneficiaries of this trust.
(b) I give to said trustee,
Security Trust Company, full right, power, and Authority to sell And Otherwise
dispose of Any personal estate I may Own At my death And invest, re-invest,
And keep invested the proceeds thereof as it deems to be to the best interest
of my estate And the beneficiaries of this trust And to invest, re-invest
And keep invested any money I may have at my death As it deems to the best
interests of my estate and the beneficiaries of this trust.
(c) I direct the said
trustee, Security Trust Company to pay over All income from my estate to
my beloved husband, John MURPHY, so long as he may live And in event the
said John MURPHY beocmes incapicitated from working and caring for himself
by reason of age, infirmity, illness or injury, I authorize said trustee,
Security Trust Company to use so much of the principal of my estate As
it may deem necessary And Admicable to provide for the care, maintenance
And support of my said husband, John MURPHY, so long As he may live:
Item three: After the
death of my said husband, John MURPHY, I direct my said trustee, Security
Trust Company, to pay over to the proper Church Authorities of the Methodist
Episcapal Church located on Bear Pen Creek in Wolfe County, Kentucky, the
sum of two hundred $200.00 Dollard Out of my estate. And All the
balance of my estate remaining After said payment I direct my said trustee,
Security Trust Company to hold in trust for the Children of my two sisters,
Mrs. Daisy BOONE and Maxeline MINGLEDAUF?, as follows, to-wit:
(a) I direct my said
trustee, Security Trust Company, to invest, re-invest and keep invested
said estate and at stated and proper intervals pay over the income therefrom
to said Children of my said two sisters, making distribution thereof among
said Children per capita.
(b) It is my will And
deisre that none? of said Children have any vested interest in my estate
or said trust unless and until such child becomes Thirty (30) years of
age and upon each Child becoming thirty (30) years of age I direct my said
trustee, Security Trust Company, to pay Over to such Child it's proportionate
part or share of my estate and said trust fund making distributions thereof
among said Children per Capita and not per stripes.
I hereby appoint the Security
Trust Company of Lexington, Kentucky, as Executor of this my last will
and testament.

of the Lee County Court do hereby certify that the foregoing last will
and testament of Ollie May JOHNSON MURPHY, deceased, was on the 13th day
of June, 1941, produced and filed in open Court and proven by the testimonies
of R. T. BARNES, And E. B. ROSE to be said last will and testament of said
testator; whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate
have been duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1 Page 432.
