1.  I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as possible after my death.

2.  After the payment of all debts and funeral expenses it is my will and I hereby bequeath, devise and give unto my wife Jennie VAN HART for her use and benefit during the time of her natural life, all my property, of all kinds, real, personal and mixed, with remainder after her death to my two Children Goebel VAN HART and Edith Irene VAN HART, share and share alike in fee but I hereby specifically give to my said wife, all necessary power and authority to sell and to convey any portion or portions of my said property if it becomes necessary to sell or convey same for the purposes of supporting my said wife and children or either of them, or for the necessary education, care and support of said Children.

I hereby appoint and nominate my said wife Jennie VAN HART as the executor of my last will and testament, and ask that no bond be required of my estate by her except such as may be necessary by law.
