Will of Samuel P. Steele
The Last Will and testament
of Samuel P. STEEL of Beattyville, Kentucky. Remindful of the fact
that life is short and death is sure, I make and publish this my last will
and testament.
First. It is my will that all my just debts be paid. Second. I hereby revoke any and former wills heretofore made by me. Third, I will and bequeth all of my personal property to my deat wife, Nannie STEEL. Fourth, I devise all my lands and real estate wherever located to my Beloved wife Nannie STEEL with authority to sell dispose of by deed, of conveyence or otherwise by will. Fifth. I hereby appoint my beloved wife excutrix of this my last will and she is to act as such without electuting bond or without making any inventory of any of my property. In testimony wherof I sign my name to the foregoing will in the presents of J. W. F. WILLIAMS old E. S. WILLIAMS attesting witnesses and tey signing their names in my presents. This April 23 1928.
