1.  As soon as possible after my death I desire, and it is my last will that all my personal effects, located and situated in my room, in my home near Lone, Ky. in Lee County be divided as equally as possible between my living children.

2.  All other property which Consists of a tract of land, lying and being in Lee County, Kentucky on the waters of the Kentucky River and in saw branch hollar and consisting of about 72 or 73 acres more or less, I hereby give, bequeath and devise to my son Sam BOWMAN in fee if he survives me, if he should pre-decease me, then all of said land I give, bequeath and devise in fee to the children of my said son Sam BOWMAN, to be shared equally between them.

3.  I hereby appoint my said son Sam BOWMAN, as the Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and request that no bond be required of him.

We, the two undersigned persons Certify that the foregoing typewritten instrument was this day ackowledged before us by Sarah BOWMAN as her last Will and Testament and was subscribed by her as such in our presence and that we both affixed our names thereto as witnesses thereof in the presence  of said Sarah BOWMAN, and in the presence of each other at Beattyville, Kentucky, on this the 16th day of October 1945
