Will of Sam Hurst
Last Will and Testament of Sam HURST.
I, Sam HURST, lawyer, of Beattyville, Lee County, Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertaiinties [sic] of life, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. After the payment of all my just debts, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Louisa HURST, all my property of every kind and character, to be hers absolutely, and I appoint her Executor of this my last will and Testament without Bond. In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the fourteenth day of May 1906. Sam HURST The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Sam HURST in our presence and acknowledged by him to each of us, and he at the same time declared the above instrument, so subscribed to be his last will and Testament; and we, at his request, have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in his presence and in the presence of each other, and written opposite our our [sic] names our respective places of residence.
