Last Will and Testament of
Tyler COOMER.
Know all Men by these presents; That I, Tyler COOMER of Congleton, Lee County, Kentucky being of ousnd mind and memory, and understanding the uncertainty of this life, do make, declare, ordain and publish this my last will and Testament as follows to wit. 1. I desire that all my just debts be paid. 2. I give divise and bequeath
to my beloved wife Demia COOMER, all of my property of every kind and description,
bother Real, personal and mixed, for her use and benefit during her life
time together with the right to her to sell and convey any part of same
if sh so desires to sell, this inclues to her the right to sell back personalty
and realty and convey same as she wants to, but if she fails to sell any
part of said land or personalty it is my will that such of said property
as remains unsold after her death shall be divided as follows to wit;

my hand at Beattyville, Ky, this 28 day of April 1942
Signed and acknowledged by Tyler COOMER in the presence of D. C. HOWELL and O. H. TAYLOR, who also signed same as witnesses in the presence of the said Tyler COOMER and in the presence of each other. D. C. HOWELL
