My Last Will and Testament for love and efection I Will and bequeath and convey to my wife Vina CUNDIFF all of my property real and personal to have and to hold without Exectrickes or Bond to do as she pleases with at my death.

BRADLEY, Clerk of the Lee County Court Certify the foregoing Will and Testament of Thomas CUNDIFF, deceased, was filed in the Lee County Court on the 10th day of April 1922 and was ordered to Record at the Regular 8th day of May Term 1922 as the Last Will and Testament of Thomas CUNDIFF which is now done accordingly, in Will Book No. 1 Page 181.
Given under my hand this the 10th day of May 1922.
