Will of Thomas PRYSE
I, Thomas PRYSE of the City of Beattyville, Lee county, Kentucky, being of full age and of sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore made.
First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicalbe after my decease.
Second: All of my property both real and personal, of every kind and descriptioin, Wheresoever situated, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, S. E. PRYSE absolutely in fee simple.
Third: I make, nominate and appoint my said wife,
S. E. PRYSE, to be the executrix of this my last will and testament, and
I request that no bond be required of her as such. I futher request
that no inventory of my estate be made or taken in so far as same may be
lawfully omitted.
Dated at Beattyville, Kentucky, this August 11th, 1917

his last will and testament before us and in our presence, and by us signed
as witnesses at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each
other, at Beattyville, Kentucky this August 11th, 1917.
