I, Virginia M. GOURLEY of Miami,
Florida not unmindful of my brothers P. G. MILLER, Dan MILLER, Harry MILLER
and W. H. MILLER, and my sister Eva M. POLK, hereby will and bequeath to
my brother Clarence MILLER my entire estate consisting of cash, other personal
property and real estate in trust with the faith in him that he will administer
my said estate in the manner and according to my wishes and oral instructioins
this day outlined to him.
It is my further will that he
be appointed the executor of my said estate to serve without bond and I
hereby nominate and appoint him my said executor.
This will is in my own handwriting.

Order Admitting Will
By The County Judege of Said
County:
The instrument presented by
Clarence MILLER as and for the Last Will and Testament of Virginia M. GOURLEY,
deceased, having been duly established by the swoen testimony of Katie
T. HARDESTY and Mayme DONNELLY Subscribing and attesting witnesses thereto
as being the true Last Will and Testament of the said decedent and no objection
being made to the probate thereof, and it having been made to appear to
the County Judge of said county by due proof that the decedant died on
the 18th day of December, A. D. 1942.
It is therefore ordered adjudged
and decreed that the said Last Will and Testament bearing date August 10th,
A. D. 1939 and attested by Katie T. HARDESTY and Mayme DONNELLY as subscribing
and attesting witness thereto be, and the same is hereby admitted to probate
according to law, as and for the true Last Will and Testament of said decedent.
And that the said Will together with the Petition presenting the same be
duly recorded in the Book of Wills, and that the cost of recording same
be taxed as costs against the estate.
Let Letters Testamentary issue
to Clarence MILLER the Execut named in said Will upon his taking
and subscribing the prescribed oath.

At a County Court held for
Lee County, Kentucky on the 12th day of April, 1943, the foregoing instrument
of writing purporting to be the duly authenticated copy of last will and
testament of Virginia M. GOURLEY, deceased, last of the County of Dade,
in State of Florida, together with the proceedings, proof of witnesses
and certificates attached thereto, was produced in open court and it appearing
from such copy that said will was approved and probated in the County Judge's
Court in and for Dade County in the State of Florida on the 30th day of
March, 1943, to have been so executed as to be a valid will of personalty
and real estate in the Commonwealth of Kentucky by the laws thereof, and
executed and authenticated in the manner required by the laws of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky; And the Court being sufficently advised, the same was
ordered to be admitted to probate as a valid will of personalty and real
estate of said testator in the Commonwealth, and ordered to be recorded;
whereupon the same with the foregoing and this my certificate have been
duly recorded in my said office in Will Book No. 1, page 460.
