Will of William A. Piatt
I, William A. PIATT, of Leeco, Lee County,
Kentucky, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and
declare this my last will and testament, herey revoking all former wills
and testaments made by me.
First. I direct All my just debts be paid, including reasonable burial and funeral expenses. Second. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife, Stella Rinard PIATT, all of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situate, to be hers absolutely and in fee simple. Third. I appoint my said wife, Stella Rinard PIATT, executrix of this my last will and testament, and request that no inventory of my estate be required and that no bond be required of my said executrix. In witness whereof: I have hereunto set my hand _____ Beattyville, Lee County, Kentucky, this 12th day of June 1930. William A. PIATT Signed by William A.
