Pensioned from May 3, 1864 at $8.00 per month, on account Loss of sight of both eyes pension ended July 3, 1864 and recommenced July 4, 1864, at $25 per month.  the civil surgeons find g.s.w. causing loss of sight of both eyes.  Increased to $31.25 by Act of June 8, 1872 from June 4, 1872.
