The will of Robert Jamison reads as follows:
In the name of God, Amen I Robert Jamison ____ of Montgomery County in 
the state of Tennessee being very weak in body and considering the 
mortality of man deem it ___ to dispose of my worldely property in the 
following manner.  Viz Item 1st my will and desire is that my wife Nancy 
Jamison have at a loan the common use of my tract of land lying in Todd 
County Commonwealth of Kentucky as per my deed from William Jones sent 
to me together with all and singular the other and every pieces of 
property except monies goods and chattles of whatever nature or sort 
forever to the use of herself and for the use and benefit of my children 
Enos Jamison, Sidney Jamison, Permelia Jamison, Presly M. Jamison, 
Ephraiam C. Jamison and Andrew Jackson Jamison to school and maintain 
the three last named sons in some common useful rules of learning such 
as is usual with common farmers of the neighborhood the rest or balance 
of such property to be kept as a common stock for all their common use 
and benefit until the death or marriage of my wife Nancy Jamison 
whichever may first happen or take place then at the death or marriage 
of my wife Nancy Jamison whichever may first happen or take place my 
desire and will is that the land and all the balance of property be sold 
at a credit of twelve months and well secured except my wife Nancy's 
featherbed and furniture which I give to her forever and the money and 
proceeds of such sales of property or properties may be divide between 
my above named children after the following manner my daughter Sidney 
Jamison to have two shares to each of the other children Enos Jamison, 
Permelia Jamison, Presley M. Jamison, Ephraim D. Jamison and A. Jackson 
Jamison one share each except the sum of eight dollars which I give in 
the following manner.   Viz Item 2nd I give and bequeath unto my son 
George Jamison the sum of one dollar and he is not to come in for any 
other part of my estate Item 3rd I give and bequeath unto my son Tomas 
Jamison the sum of one dollar and he is not to come in for any other 
part of my estate Item 4th I give and bequeath unto my son Robert 
Jamison the sum of one dollar and he is not to come in for any other 
part of my estate Item 5th I give and bequeath unto my son Isaac Webster 
Jamison the sum of one dollar and he is not to come in for any other 
part of my estate Item 6th I give and bequeath unto my son William 
Jamison the sum of one dollar and he is not to come in for any other 
part of my estate Item 7th I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rose 
Alinda Ring the sum of one dollar and she is not to come in for any 
other part of my estate Item 8th I give and bequeath unto my daughter 
Rebecca Ireland the sum of one dollar and she is not to come in for any 
other part of my estate Item 9th I give and bequeath unto my daughter 
Sara Ireland the sum of one dollar and she is not to come in for any 
other part of my estate Item 10th my will and desire is that my wife 
Nancy Jamison act as my Executrix and my son Enos Jamison my Executer to 
this my last will and testament making void all former will or wills by 
me in any wise made.  Item 11th my further will and desire is that the 
portion described to be left to the children named in the first item 
above in case one or any of them should die before they come into the 
provision of such for a portion or before they marry or have a child in 
either of said cases the survivors portion so allocated would be 
belonging to the survivor or survivors.of them the first named children 
after the same for a portion of shares of first mentioned in said first 
item.  I ___ in testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal 
this twelfth day of december in the year of One thousand Eight hundred 
and twenty five  (the words in interline in the fourth line from the 
bottom of page (of them the first named children) mine in tender be fore 
the signing of the same

I James Waggoner Sr of the County of Todd and State
of Kentucky, do
make and ordain this as my last will and Testament in manner
and from following, hereby revoking all former will or wills made by me
let these be found wheresoever they may.
Item 1st   I give and bequeth unto my beloved wife, Elizabeth Waggoner ,
during
her life, all the property of every description in my possession at
the time of my death, after paying my just debts.
Item 2nd   Whereas I have given unto my daughters Sarah Kay, Fanny Kay,
and Polly Manifee each at the time of marriage, a negro girl.
together with a bed and funiture of the value of Three hundred
and forty dollars; and whereas, I have also given unto my son
Richard J Waggoner, a mare worth fifty dollars, to James Waggoner Jr
a horse worth thirty dollars, and to Stokeley Waggoner a bed and
furniture (the sted excepted) worth Thirty Six dollars and it being
my wish, that they shall each account for the same at
the time of a general division of my estate, it is, therefore
my will and desire, at the death of wife, after first
allowing my sons Robert, James, Richard, Reuben, Stokely,
Armstead and my daughter Eliza Waggoner, such a portion of my
Estate as will make their property equal in value with the legacies
heretofore given to my daughters Sarah Kay, Fanny Kay, and
Polly Menifee, that the residue of my property, of every
description, be equally divided among all my children.
namely Fanny, Sarah, Polly, Robert, James, Richard, Reuben,
Stokely, Armstead and Eliza Waggoner,
Item 3rd  I hereby constitute and appoint my friends Wm Daniel,
and Thomas Jeffries executors to this my last will and
testament.  In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and
Seal this fourteenth day of July 1821.

In the name of God amen, I Adam Mills of Todd
County and State of Kntucky, being of perfect mind and memory, thanks be
to God, therefore calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing
that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my
last will and testament as followeth (viz) I give and recommend my Soul
to the hands of God who gave it, and my body I recommend to the Earth to
be buried in a decent Christian manner at the descretion of my executors,
nothing doubting that at the general Resurection I shall receive that
same again by the mighty power of God.
And at touching such wordly Estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless
me in this life.  I give demise and despose of the same in the following
manner and form that is to say I give and bequeath to my son William
Mills one dollar and no more, I likewise bequeath to my daughter Nancy
Mills, now Knox, one dollar and no more, and after all my just debts is
paid I allow my property all to be Sold, my land negro and all and the
price to be equally divided betwixt my three sons, Andrew, Robert and
David, and my two Daughters Jincy and Polly.  I likewise constitute make
and ordain William Harlan, Robert C. Graham and Matthew Graham Sole
executors of this my last will and testament and I do revoke, dissannull
and renounce all former wills Legacys and bequests by me in any ways
made.  And to ratify and confirm this and no other as my last will and
testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
twentieth day of February in the year of our lord one thousand eight
hundred and twenty three.

In the name of God Amen March the 11th Eighteen
hundred & twenty one.  I Andrew Graam of Todd county & State of
Knetucky being very Sick & weak of body but of perfect mind &
memory  Thanks be to god.  Therefore Calling to mind the mortality of my
Body & knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make
& constitute this to be my last Will and Testament that is to Say
principally & first of all I give & recommend my Soul unto god
who gave it & my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a
decent & Christian manner at the Discretion of my Executors nothing
doubting but at the general Resurection I shall receive the same again by
the mighty power of God touching Such worldly estate whereof it has
pleased god to bless me in this life I Give devise & dispose in the
following manner Viz, I will & bequeath my plantation containing near
five hundred acres to my three Sons William M. Graham Thomas Graham &
Andrew to be equally divided between them according to the valueation my
Sone Andrew is to have his part laid off in the middle lot so as to
include all my improvements also the Timber part of my land I wish in the
Division to be equally divided between my three sons if any of them
should die in their non age the land to be divided between the surviving
heirs  my son William is to have the mare which he calls his & is to
pay thirty dollars to to my wife and Daughter at the expiration of two
years from this date which money is to be equally divded between my wife
& three daughters my wife Margret is to have decent support off my
farm after paying my Just Debts all the balance of my property is to be
equally divided between my wife and three daughters (to wit) my wife
Margret & Martha Margaret & Nancy my 3 daughters  my wifes part
at her death is to be qually divided between my three daughters above
mentioned my widowed daughter Mary Maben is not to be disturbed in her
possesion which she may choose to keep them or untill the land is sold
my Book to be equally divided to all the above mentioned except my son
Andrew is to have my large bible for his share of Books.  I will &
bequeath to Elizabeth Graham one Dollar also to the heirs of Jennet Mills
deseased one dollar also to Mathew Graham one dollar also to Mary Maben
one dollar also to David Graham one dollar also to Robt C. Graham one
dollar with respect ot my negro man Sandy my will is that my Executors
should have the power of choosing his master if he must be hired out with
I wish to be awarded if possible all the profits arrising from sd negro
is to be divided equally divided between my wife & three daughters
above mentioned (to wit) Martha Margaret & Nancy   I likewise make
& ordain my two sons Mathew Graham & Robt C. Graham and William
McKee the sole executors of this my last will & Testament & I
hereby revoke & disavow all former wills & Testaments in witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 11th day of May 1821

In the name of God Amen I Robert Allison of the
County of Christian State of Kentucky being in perfect health though weak

That is to say my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it, and

wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life I give devise and
dispose of the same in the following manner and form.
First I give and bequeath to my beloved daughters Mary Beaty and
Elizabeth Heyton the sum of Ten dollars each.  I also give and bequeath
to my beloved sons William Allison & Robert Allison Bonds that I hold
upon them as follows to wit one on William Allison after allowing all
Just credits and amounting to forty nine dollars principal & interest
Two bonds on Robert Allison one of one hundred and Forty one dollars and
sixty seven cents due the first day of November 1806  I also give and
bequeath to James Allison Three hundred acres of landing being in Lincoln
County State of Tennessee it being part of a survey of Eleven Hundred and
Twenty Two & a half acres Patented to Andrew Boyd also one Negro girl
named Mourning also one Negro boy named West? I also give and Bequeath to
my beloved son Samuel Allison Four hundred acres of land part of the
above mentioned Tract of 1122 ½ acres patented to the aforesaid Andrew
Boyc to be Layed off in a square in the North West corner of said Survey
so as to include the Rattle Snake Spring also one negro girl named Jude
also one negro boy named Abraham, I also give and bequeath to my beloved
son Joseph Allison all the residue of my Estate real & personal as
follows to wit Four hundred acres of Land on which I now live in the
County of Christian & State of Kentucky wich was patented to Briant
Slone also Four hundred acres part of the above 1122 ½ in the State of
Tennessee Lincoln County it being the balance of the above named Tract of
1122 ½ acres Except the 22 ½ acreas which is to be given as surplus to be
divided between them equally also one Tract of head right land containing
Three hundred & Eighty acres of head right land in the said county of
Christian Entered in the name of James M. Johnson also one Town lot in
the Town of ?upelsville of Number 24 of Said Town also one negro man
named Harry one negro boy named Ephraim one named Nelson also one named
Sam also one negro woman named Patt also one named Matilda & their
increase together with all my stock, Household & Kitchen furniture
and I do hereby constitute and appoint my two sons James Allison and
Joseph Allison my Executors of this my last will and Testament.  In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 23rd
day of March 1816.

At County Court began & held in & for the County aforesaid at the
Courthouse in Elkton the foregoing last will & testament of Robert
Allison decd was produced in open court and proved by the oaths of
Francis P Pennington & John McKinney subscribing witnesses thereto
and it is ordered to be recorded whereupon I have truly recorded the same
together with this cert in my office given under my hand this 9th day of
September 1822.
