Della C. Wagner, 82, resident of 1306 Fifth St., and a retired business woman, died at a local hospital Saturday.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dempsey's Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Keith Mills officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview cemetery.
Born at Summerville July 28, 1878, Mrs. Wagner had resided in La Grande for 24 years. She was a member of the Methodist church, the Eastern Star and was past president of the Rebekah Assembly of Idaho.
Mrs. Wagner and her husband operated a general store and ran the post office at Gifford, Ida., in 1918, selling the store in 1930. She moved to Craigmont, Ida., following the death of her husband where she operated a woman's dress shop and children's clothing store. She also owned a grocery store and lunch counter at Fourth and Depot Streets at one time.
Survivors include a sister, Olive Childers, La Grande, and a niece in California.

Ethel Loretta Donohue Wagner, died Wednesday at her La Grande home. She was 69.
Mrs. Wagner was born Dec. 12, 1913 in La Grande, the daughter of Edward and Florence (McLachlen) Donohue. She graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in 1930 and married Marion Wagner on Nov. 2, 1935 in La Grande.
Mrs. Wagner was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church and St. Mary's Alter Society. She was a president and bookkeeper for the H. L. Wagner and Sons Seed Co. of Imbler.
Survivors include sons, Howard Wagner, Moses Lake, Wash., Dale Wagner of Imbler, and Ted Wagner of Pullman, Wash.; daughters, Chris Meyers, Pinole, Calif., and Sharon Harsin of La Grande; brother, Donald Donohue, Yakima, Wash.; and sisters, Betty Roe and Angela Keeler, both of La Grande; four granddaughters and seven grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1966, her parents and brothers, Ted and Edward Jr.
Scripture Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Friday at Daniels Valley Funeral Chapel with Father Henry Beegan officiating.
Resurrection Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church with Father Beegan officiating. Concluding services will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Those who wish may make contributions in memory of Mrs. Wagner to the Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church Scholarship Fund, and/or the Union County Hospice Program, c/o Daniels Chapel, 1502 Seventh St., La Grande.

Marion Wagner, 58, resident of 1408 M Ave., La Grande, died Wednesday at the Grande Ronde Hospital.
Requiem mass will be at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic church Saturday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Eldon Curtiss officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Calvary cemetery.
Born in Corvallis, Mr. Wagner has lived in the Grande Ronde Valley for the past 36 years. He as president of H. L. Wagner and Sons of Imbler.
Among survivors are the widow, Ethel Wagner of La Grande; two daughters, Christina Bunting and Sharon Wagner, both of La Grande; three sons, Howard of Spokane, Wash., and Dale and Ted, both of La Grande; two brothers, Richard Wagner of Smith River, Calif, and Francis Wagner of Klamath Falls; and seven grandchildren.
Crippin and Daniels are in charge of arrangements.
