To the Court of Ordinary of said County the petition of Marinda Curtis wife of A. J. Curtis is a citizen of said County and the head of a family of minor children, Claimes Homestead under Section 2040 of the code of 1873, and acts amendatory thereof as exempt from levy and sale and the following is a full and complete Schedule of the same.

one  cow & calf $15.00     10 head of Hogs  $15.00     $30.00

and fifty dollars worth of Provisions & five dollars worth for each child named James, aged 15 years old, Lula aged 13 yrs old, Lelia aged 11 years old, Nelia aged 8 yrs old, Nancy aged 6 years old, Joseph aged 4 years old, Mary aged 2 yrs. old.

3 beds & Bedding & Common bed steads sufficient for the family, one loom & spinning wheel, 2 pairs Cards, 100# Cotton, common wols of trade of herself[?] and family, & arms of a Malitia Soldier and Troops Horse & ordinary cooking stove utinsils and table crockery ware & Wearing apparel of herself and family, Bible Religious works & school books, 50 bushels of corn, 1000 Bundles of fodder. Respectfully Submitted April 12th 1889.
