Christen, Sylvia (11 Jul 1923)

Miss Sylvia Christen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Christen, and Mr. Oscar J. Johnson of Alma Center, were married at the Lutheran Parsonage in this city this morning, July 11, 1923, Rev. L. S. Marvick performing the ceremony. They were attended by Miss Cora Johnson and Mr. Ernest Christen.

Thank you for this little bit of info. Valentine Johnson had a son Oscar but I was wondering how Cora was related. This is the first time I have come across the name. The last census that I seen was 1870 and at that time the only children in this family were elmer and Oscar.

Maybe I will make a connection between them and my family.
