"Mrs.
Cora WILSON, who has lived all of her life in Allen County, died yesterday at
St. John's hospital at the age of 76. Mrs. WILSON was born at the
family home a mile west of Iola and has lived in that vicinity since then.
She
leaves two daughters, Mrs. Ruth TOWNSEND, Iola, and Miss Ruby WILSON of
the home; her twin sister, Mrs. Nora BAKER, Iola, and another sister, Mrs.
Viola HARRIS, who lives west of town. She is also survived by 5
grandchildren.
Funeral
services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the Sleeper chapel. The
Reverend Tom PALMER will be in charge. Burial will be at the Iola
Cemetery."
