Korth ====================================================================== ELIZABETH ALBRECHT Memorial services for Elizabeth “Liz” Albrecht 68, Magnet, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, at the Magnet Christian Church. The Rev. Olin Belt will officiate. She died Sunday, July 28, 2002 at Avera Scared Heart Hospital in Yankton. The daughter of Wesley and Clotilda (Butler) Hartung was born May 13, 1934, in Sandusky, Ohio. She graduated from DeVilbiss High School in 1952 and became a dental hygienist after training. On December 31, 1981, she married Kenny Albrecht in Toledo, Ohio. The couple lived in Toledo before returning to Magnet in 1983. They operated Albrecht Tavern for eight years. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Tracey of Estes Park, CO and Laura Taylor of Sioux City, IA; five step children and their spouses, Jerry and Chong Albrecht, Connie and Tom Petersen, Pam and Ken Smith, Don and Jane Albrecht and Sandy and Jim Sack; her mother, Clotilda Hartung of Randolph; one sister Katie Snyder of Atlanta, GA 16 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, one son and one stepson. Memorials are directed to the American Cancer Society.
