JONES, CHARLES, TURNER
Tue, 08 Jul 1997 10:53:52
Hi, my name is Teri Dover, and I have several ancestors who lived in
Wymore and Holmesville Nebraska. My Great Grandmother Mamie Omega Jones
was born in Holmesville Nebraska on 9 Sept. 1896. Her parents were
James M. Jones and Oregon Charles. James was born on 1 Dec. 1851
possible in Indiana. Oregon was born on 5 April 1856. They both are
buried in Wymore, Nebraska. James died 23 Oct. 1937 and Oregon died on
24 Dec. 1903. Mamie O. Jones married John H. Turner who was born on 20
April 1890 in Wymore. They had several children, one of them is my
grandmother Marie Althea Turner, born 22 June 1915 also in Wymore. I
know so little about the Jones and Charles family. And very little
about the Turners.
Unfortunately, most of my relatives are now dead, and left me with
little information on this particular line.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
