PLANS FOR EXAMINATION.
The Board of Examiners will hold but two
meetings for examinations. The time and place for the meetings
will be fixed by the district chairman. At the May meeting the
students will be examined in the first three books as printed in
the discipline and the syllabi of the first two books to be read
will be due at that time. The remaining work should be ready for
the August meeting. Students who have failed in examinations or
who have not been examined can be examined at the place of and on
the day before the meeting of the Annual Conference. Positively no
examinations will be held or syllabi or other work be received or
credited after Conference opens. The district chairman will, with
the help of the other examiners in their districts, conduct the
examinations and collect the twenty-five cents fee ordered by the
Conference of all candidates in their respective districts at the
first meeting for examination and report the same to the registrar
of the board, and return all examination papers to the examiners
for grading. Examiners will report to any undergraduate who may
fail in examination that he may have an opportunity to prepare for
a second examination. All written work must be neat and orderly.
Examiners will send written questions to the chairman of the board
and to all district chairmen by the first of April. The following
