UNIVERSITY PERMANENT ENDOWMENT FUND. 1State university permanent endowment fund has its source in lands donated by the United States government. Of these lands the university was entitled to 46,080 acres, but actually received only 45,439.93 acres; the state agricultural college was entitled to 90,000 acres, but received only 89,140.21 acres.
