     125. ORLANDO LENHART⁷ MURRAY (Nathaniel Orlando ⁶ Ezra ⁵ Reuben ⁴ Ezra ³ Jehiel ² Jonathan ¹), the eldest son of Nathaniel Orlando and Jane (Lenhart) Murray, was born in Pepin, Wisconsin, 15 March 1859; he died there 17 November 1904, having lived there all his life.

     He married, 5 February 1885, Effie A. Gray, who was born 10 November 1865.

     126. GUY VERN⁷ MURRAY (Nathaniel Orlando ⁶ Ezra ⁵ Reuben ⁴ Ezra ³ Jehiel ² Jonathan ¹), son of Nathaniel Orlando and Hannah E. (Lenhart) Murray, was born in Pepin, Wisconsin, 20 September 1876; he died there 2 March 1924.

     He married, 23 January 1901, Estelle Fuller.

     He married, 30 June 1879, Mary Darrow, who was born 14 November 1860.

     He married, 3 July 1912, Anna Myrtle Walker, daughter of Isaac and Annie (McCullum) Walker, who was born 2 July 1889.

     He married, 17 March 1887, Eliza Ann Snider, who was born 20 August 1867, and died in August 1903.

     148. ALLEN PARKER⁷ MURRAY (Cassius Hale ⁶ Charles William ⁵ Ira ⁴ Daniel ³ Jehiel ² Jonathan ¹), the son of Cassius Hale and Jeannette R. (Harriman) Murray, was born in Maryville, Missouri, 17 February 1883; he now lives in Palouse, Washington.

     He married, 17 November 1909, Adelaide McClure, who was born 25 April 1883.

     He married Stella Payne.

     He married, 7 January 1891, Opa Elizabeth Brockway, who was born 17 August 1869.

     153. CHARLES LELAND⁷ MURRAY (Frank Jennings ⁶ Roswell Franklin ⁵ Juba ⁴ Ichabod ³Jehiel ² Jonathan ¹), the second but eldest surviving son of Frank Jennings and Frances A. (Hammond) Murray, was born in Fort Collins, Colorado, 24 March 1883; he still lives in Fort Collins.

     He married, 27 January 1906, Alice Grace Cary, who was born 22 August 1886.

     154. LEONARD CHARLES⁷ MURRAY (Charles Rogers ⁶ Leonard Roswell ⁵ Roswell Doty ⁴ Ichabod³Jehiel ² Jonathan ¹), the only son of Charles Rogers and Margaret E. (Failing) Murray, was born in Watertown, New York, 6 June 1885; he still lives there.

     He married, 2 May 1910, Nellie Gantor, who died in 1918.

     155. WALTER ARTHUR⁷ MURRAY (William ⁶ Henry Walter ⁵William Cogswell ⁴ Solomon ³Jehiel ² Jonathan ¹), the eldest son of William and Minnie M. (Murray) Murray, was born in South Orange, New Jersey, 27 October 1890; he now lives in Corcoran, California.

     He married, 12 September 1916, Charlotte Muriel Twigg, who was born 5 March 1890.

     He married, 10 January 1906, Emily G. Woodward, who was born 12 September 1880.

     157. LLOYD D.⁸ MURRAY (John Delamarter ⁷ Delamarter ⁶ Jamison Delamarter ⁵ Philo ⁴ Abner ³ Jehiel ² Jonathan ¹), the eldest son of John Delamarter and Charlotte M. (Kilgore) Murray, was born in Sac City, Iowa, 17 June 1879; he now lives in Humboldt, Kansas.

     He married, firstly, 18 September 1907, Edith E. Martz, who was born 5 October 1884, and died in October 1919.

     He married, secondly, 3 October 1920, Bess P. Martz, who was born 30 June 1882.

     He married, 23 December 1924, Alice Townsend, who was born 17 June 1906.

     Issue:

     The cemetery at Rock Bluff, Nebraska, lies on a hill over looking the village and the Missouri River. It is reported that there are many unmarked graves in this, one of the oldest cemeteries in Nebraska.

     In the following list of inscriptions and burials some of the data enclosed in square brackets was supplied the copist by Lemon Bates, of Nebraska City, John Thomas, of Rock Bluff, and Dr. Gilmore, of Murray. That supplied by the first is easily identified. Dr. Gilmore married a sister of Georgiana Walker.

     living in 1893, aged 93 years. Joseph and Mary Frances (McMullen) Thomas had three children: two
     daus., Myrtle, d. ae. 2 yrs., and Mamie, d. ae. 14 yrs., both bur. at Eight Mile Grove, Neb.; and a
     son, John Thomas, living, unmarried, at Rock Bluff, in 1930.]

     The Society was formed several years ago by a group of people interested in genealogy. It is the purpose of the Society to preserve the genealogical records of the Middle West and, wherever possible, trace the families of the Middle West to the eastern progenitors. With this in mind the Society has published for six years THE NEBRASKA AND MIDWEST GENEALOGICAL RECORD, a quarterly magazine, which is sent to all members of the Society.

     Membership in the Society is open to anyone interested in its aims. The annual dues are two dollars, including the magazine, payable in advance in January. Anyone desiring to become a member may do so by sending the dues to the Treasurer of the Society.

     Life membership is available at fifty dollars. All funds derived from Life Memberships are kept as an endowment, and the income only is used for the support of the Society.

     Material for publication in the RECORD should be sent to the Editor, Gilbert H. Doane, The University Library, Lincoln, Nebraska. Any one may submit manuscripts for consideration for publication. The Editor reserves the right to reject or accept material, and, if accepted, to put it into the form used by the magazine. It is suggested that prospective contributors study carefully the form of the various types of articles that have been printed, and follow that form as closely as possible in preparing their material for consideration.
