C. J. WARNER.
Charles Joseph Warner, representing the Thirtieth District, Lancaster county, Nebraska, was born in the district which he represents, his birth-place being near Waverly, in Rock Creek Precinct, where he first saw the light of day on the 29th day of March, 1875, and his birthplace has since been his residence. After completing the public school courses he spent two years at Luther Academy, Wahoo, Nebraska, and then entered the University of Nebraska, from which he graduated in 1899. He entered the law department of the same institution in 1900. In 1901 he served as a member of the Legislature, and was re-elected in 1902. During the winter of 1902 he studied law at the Columbian University, Washington, D. C., and for some time was employed in the office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He has the distinction of being the second youngest member of the House, and the fact that he received a majority of 2,378 votes in his district in 1902 is evidence that his youthfulness is over-balanced by the services he rendered his constituents. Mr. Warner is one of the bachelors in the House.

Charles John Weborg, Representative from the Sixteenth District, composed of Thurston county, was born in Kisa, Ostergotten, Sweden, November 8, 1855. He received a thorough education in his native country. In 1874 he emigrated to America and located in Henry county, Illinois, where, for twelve years, he worked at farming. In 1886 he located near Pender, Nebraska, in the Logan Valley, where he acquired land and commenced farming, which he has since successfully carried on. His land holdings now consist of nearly a section of land, almost all of which is in a high state of cultivation He is a breeder of Hereford cattle and Duroc hogs, and is an extensive feeder of stock. He has always been a Republican, but has never before held any other than local offices. He is married and has a family consisting of a wife, five sons and one daughter. His post-office address is Pender.
DR. W. H. WILSON.
William H. Wilson, Representative from the Second District, composed of Pawnee county, was born in the north of Ireland, July 24, 1856. When a child, his parents removed to America and settled on a farm in Illinois. When he was ten years of age they removed to Jefferson county, Iowa, and settled on a farm. Dr. Wilson received his early education in the district schools and high schools of Iowa. After leaving High school for a few terms he devoted himself to teaching. He then entered the college of Physicians and Surgeons in Chicago, from which he was graduated March 11, 1884. In June of the same year he located at Table Rock, Nebraska, where he has since resided and has been successful in the practice of his chosen profession. He has been president of the Board of Education of Table Rock for nine years, and has served two terms as a member of the Republican State Central committee. Dr. Wilson was married May 8, 1885, to Miss Phoebe Campbell, and has two daughters.
