I need to change the info for Jospeh C Main and Almira Partch Maine
First they came to Richardson County in 1853, not 1860. He also founded a cemetery in Richardson county on the corner of his property, not in Gage county. Just after that he was bought by an eastern news paper land in Kansas at what became the end of the Free State trail through Nebraska and worked for the free state side as supplier at trails end. At the end of the fight he gave the land to his wife's brother.
Though we do not have his records, there were no children born in his household during the Civil War. He was probably mustered out in 1867 at Sioux City, SD.

Joseph and Almira lived in Richardson County until the 1880s when he sold his farm to his wife's nephew and moved near his youngest twin son Avery north of Liberty, Gage county, NE.1
