I, Permelia Larue of the County of Guernsey and State of Ohio, being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory do make, publish, and declare, this to be my last will and testament, as follows:
I give and bequeath to my Brother, Laban Larue, all my right, title, and interest in the estate on which I now reside. It being the old Homestead farm and lies west of the farm formerly owned by Stephen Ballard and now owned by David Larue. In testimony whereof I the said Permelia Larue have subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 18th day of June A.D. 1864. Permelia Larue (her seal) Witnesses: Sewell S.
