This deed can be found in Highland Co., OH, Deed Book 20, p. 191-2 (LDS
Microfilm # 0565860). It is between Daniel and Sarah Walker and George Walker
(Daniel's cousin).
Know all men by these presents that we Daniel Walker and Sarah Walker wife of
the said Daniel Walker of the County of Highland and State of Ohio in
consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid by
George Walker of the same place have bargained and sold and do hereby grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said George Walker his heirs and assigns
forever the following premises Situate in the County of Highland in the State
of Ohio and in the Township of Concord and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at two white oaks and an ashen tree southwest corner to Samuel
Walker's lot No. 3 thence with the line of said Samuel N 9 degrees E 82 1/2
poles to a Hickory and dogwood South East corner to Samuel Campbell's lot
thence N 81 degrees W 89 poles to two Red __ds and two Elms thence S 9 degrees
W 82 1/2 poles to two dogwoods and Sapapas(?) and whiteoak in McCoy's line
thence S 81 degrees E 89 poles to the beginning containing containing [sic]
forty five acres more or less to have and to hold said premises with the
appurtenances unto the said George Walker his heirs and assigns forever and
the said Daniel Walker for himself and heirs doth hereby covenant with said
George Walker his heirs and assigns that he is lawfully seized of the premises
aforesaid that the premises are free and clear from all incumbrances
whatsoever and that he will forever warrant and defend the same with the
appurtenances unto the said George Walker his heirs and assigns against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In testimony whereof the said Daniel
Walker and Sarah Walker have hereunto set their hands and seals this 26th day
of July A.D. 1847.

State of Ohio, Highland County, ss: Before me M. J. Manker a Justice of the
peace in and for said county personally appeared the within named Daniel
Walker and Sarah Walker his wife and acknowledged the signing and sealing of
the within conveyance to be their voluntary act and deed and the said Sarah
being at the same time examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
and the contents of said Instrument made known to her by me she then declared
that she did voluntarily sign seal & acknowledge the same and that she is
still satisfied therewith this 26th day of July A.D. 1847.
