Wagoner County, Oklahoma

Created in 1908 from Creek Lands. Said to have been named for Bailey P. Wagoner, attorney for the Missouri Pacific Railway Company at the time of building one of its lines which led to the founding of the town.

Clerk of Courts has marriage, divorce, probate, civil court records from 1908.
